My previous position has been Minister in Zimbabwe at the Chemhanza Mission School, Wedza, Zimbabwe. I have had several ministerial appointments in Zimbabwe since I was ordained in 1994
My ministry is evangelical and charitable, including presiding over the sacraments, pastoral work, and collaborative ministry, loving each other as with the love of Christ, unconditional and inclusive.
My worship style is both traditional liturgical and contemporary- using psalms, hymns and prayers, preaching and teaching the word of God
Other aspects of my ministry include Bible study with fellowship groups bringing people together for fellowship and study, serving the community through charity work, pastoral care for the congregations, organising Church retreats, travel and holidays abroad travelling together.
I am married to Tariro, who is a High School teacher.We have been in marriage for past 28 years.
We have four children, 3 sons and one daughter Rufaro, Tinashe, Colletta, Tumayi. They are gifted in music.Tinashe and Tumayi they coach music choirs at church level and schools when invited.
As a family, we enjoy variety music, the various church programmes and bible study fellowship groups. We help the community in various activities. We do community gardening horticulture, perma-culture and provide the community with water as well in the countryside..
We all enjoy walking, travelling together as a family, and sport, both as participants in playing volleyball, and in watching soccer – the children are Man Utd fans, whereas I am a Man City and Chelsea fan!
